Designed to stem catastrophic and life threatening bleeding in a limb when direct pressure is not enough. The C-A-T Tourniquet has an adjustable Velcro strap making it useful for any limb. The windlass system is used to twist the rod until the bleeding has stopped and this is secured inside a clip. The C-A-T Tourniquet can be applied using two or one hand due to the simple application method.
