We use a safer two-part training method called 'blended-training.' This is a time efficient way of training that combines online training with instructor lead training. It removes the traditional requirement to join large classes for lengthy periods.
Learners with any symptoms of COVID 19 (e.g. new persistent cough, high temperature, loss or change to sense of smell or taste) must not attend training. A free transfer to another course will be provided.
Social distancing measures are in place between learners at all times during tuition, break, arrival and departure.
There is now greater availability of one-to-one tuition and qualification. There is less and little need to attend traditional classroom training with large class numbers.
First Aid courses with a CPR module require use of training manikins. These courses operate with one manikin per learner for practice. Manikins undergo rigorous cleaning protocols.
Learners will not touch and remain socially distanced during practical sessions.
Face coverings will be worn throughout the course. Learners may wear their own or may purchase them from us at £1 per mask
We operate group sizes averaging just three in number and a maximum of five plus one instructor.
Hand sanitation is freely available, encouraged and required at all times. Regular breaks are created for hand washing purposes.
All sanitising products are of hospital grade. Wipes and hand gel are provided. All surfaces are thoroughly disinfected between users.
We provide nitrile (latex free) gloves as required throughout the course during practical sessions
